PASSWORD RESET / RECOVERY

Apefolio runs on a non-custodial, privacy-first architecture without mandatory personal data collection.

Option 1: In-App Password Change

If you are logged into another browser or mobile session, visit Settings → Account to view or change your credentials directly.

Option 2: Admin / Host Recovery

On self-hosted instances, the admin can reset any user password via /admin/users or server CLI.

Option 3: Support Contact

Contact instance support at support@apefolio.io with your username to receive a temporary reset PIN.
